The dealership was extremely friendly and concerned with our needs. The sales process was pleasant and we did not feel any pressure. The final paperwork and finance process were too long. There should be a way to streamline it. I believe the financing and paperwork took just about 2 hours.

Worst experience ever. Took 3.5 months to get my car fixed. Was given a date and time to bring my car in for repair and pick up a rental. I am 82 yrs old with severe copd and on oxygen at all times. This is not easy for me. When I arrived she told me my appointment had been canceled. I asked why I was not notified she said she didn't have time. Really? Didn't have 30 seconds to call me? I have been totally impressed with the process at Germaine Hyundai. I have had the same representative, who works through each appointment for service, each time I go for service. He coordinates, keeps me informed throughout, advises on next steps, if any. The wait area is comfortable and spacious,, stocked with drinks and snacks. Check out is speedy, then I am personally shown to my vehicle. Great service.
Amber is excellent! She’s very friendly and professional. My inspection paper was blank. I didn’t get to go over any areas of concern.
